I view plant produce and the ritual of sushi as intimate yet impermanent forms of art. It's the 'a-ha' moment bestowed by nature, when everything just makes sense — if I can translate this sensation into one-bite harmony to share with you… and eat it, too!
A fully immersive Eat Art experience
asa is an experience realised by the bundled power of artists. For the first edition, asa worked with three photographers - Elmer Driessen, Kumi Oguro and Alex Salinas. They have captured asa’s unique plant-based sushi with their artistries. In collaboration with asa’s long-term partner droog, we hosted a fully immersive culinary event that takes you to the harmonious state.
